I was a shy kid. Competitive sport taught me what it takes to push a mental limit, not just a physical one. Organizing events for crowds of up to 30,000 people taught me what real pressure looks like. Somewhere along the way, understanding people stopped being a soft skill and became the actual job.
A Master's in Computer Science and years as a developer mean I don't just translate between technical and business language — I earn credibility doing it.
I read constantly, and I'm curious about most things. I don't believe competence and kindness are in tension. In my experience, they build each other.
